Swipe on generously throughout the day, especially in dry, windy, or cold conditions. Perfect for lips, cuticles, under the nose, or any small area needing extra moisture and care.

Texture & Seasonal Changes

Our small-batch tallow lip balm naturally responds to temperature. These shifts are normal and a sign of pure, simple ingredients.

In Warmer Weather The balm may soften or melt. If this happens, refrigerate to allow it to re-solidify.

In Cooler Weather The balm may become quite firm, especially in winter. It will still glide on smoothly, but you can warm the tube in your hands for a few seconds if needed.

Storage & Freshness

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While shelf-stable, tallow performs best when used fresh—ideally within 3-6 months of opening, and up to 9 months from purchase.

Our Return Policy

We don't accept returns due to the handmade, fresh nature of our skincare. That said, if something arrives broken, wrong, or defective, we'll take care of you. Contact us at flowerandmeadowbodycare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order—include your order number, photos of the issue, and a quick description of what happened. We'll sort it out with a replacement or store credit.

Shipping

Orders go out Monday–Wednesday and take 2-4 business days to process before shipping. We use USPS with tracking on every order. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days once shipped.

Free shipping on orders over $75.

Missing Packages

Once USPS marks your package as delivered, we can't be responsible for missing or stolen orders. Check with neighbors or file a claim with USPS if your order doesn't show up.
